Hi everyone, I’ve just switched from paying off my phone to sim only and I checked my add ons and it mentioned I have a full roaming pass. However, I’m currently in Spain and have just received a message that I’ve used 80% of my spend cap? Is this cause of the roaming? Is this pass even free roaming? I’m so confused.

Hi Rach, I have this too. Just swapped from a 24 month contact paying off an iPhone 12 to sim only and I have this available too however I just received a text saying I’ve used 80% of my spend cap? I’m so confused am I paying for roaming or not?

The clue in your screenshot are the words "enables the full roaming experience".

This is the free roaming facility which allows your phone to connect to foreign networks. It is not a billing add-on to reduce the cost of using that facility.

In the absence of anything to the contrary, the £2.47 daily charge would apply within the EU
