I had a similar problem last October visiting Mexico.

I was charged £2.52 to listen to a voicemail for 10 seconds!

I contacted EE about it via live chat at the time, and was assured it would automatically be refunded, but nothing showed up in the next few months.

I contacted them again via chat about two weeks ago and they said they would apply the credit on my next bill.

I've just received that bill, and they have indeed credited me the £2.52

I'd suggest contacting them again and pointing out that no refund/credit has been applied for you.

I have been using my EE mobile since 2 years and I regularly travel to the USA. My mobile always had the add on of Roam Abroad Pass so I was never charged for roaming. Somehow, I have been charged for my roaming in the USA in September and October 2024. When I called the customer service, they confirmed that there was a system issue and I will be refunded. It's been almost 6 months, I called the customer service many times and I am still not being refunded. Is anyone in the community able to help with the issue? Thanks
