I strongly suspect, this is confirming that global roaming is enabled on your SIM allowing your phone to connect to all networks worldwide. The clue is in the wording "enables the full roaming experience"

It does not look to be a billing add-on as most customers would understand.

My current plan started on 3rd November 2023. I’m just trying to find out if I can use it abroad at no extra cost and not have to buy a roaming pass.

We have the options of either Full Roaming or EU Roaming, so if Full Roaming is active, this means you can use your phone wherever you are in the world @Redevilkev.

This does not, however, include your allowances, so depending on your plan, and where you are heading, you may need to buy an add on, if you'd like to use your allowances.
