&lt;P&gt;This makes a fundamental difference as to whether your issue is just one of billing add-ons, or is a fundamental lack of the (free) roaming facility.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm travelling abroad and need a roaming package when I call 150 it says you will receive a text to follow through but I get nothing no text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also can't get it when I log in online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I solve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there another way to speak to someone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you already abroad?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, when calling 150 please select option 2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This should take you to the automated menu which will then connect you to an agent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
