Hello EE. Community, before travelling to USA I have contacted EE and they said my roaming is active for both numbers, but one number is not active. Now while in USA i tried many times to contact EE via the number 0800 number and the the full number ending with 150 , but unable to contact them . Any bright ideas pls? But EE as usual charges me 25 £ each for both numbers for this week !

You can either contact +44 7953 966150 from another working phone, or +44 800 9566000 using a web-calling app such as Skype over WiFi.

Thanks so much .

We tried to call both these numbers you showed here , tried them from both of our phones, not successful. So what you suggest is get a phone in USA and call the above numbers or use skype?
