Heeeelp I’m not tech savvy at all!!!!

im in Italy from uk, im pay as you go for data. I’ve been here a month and not been able to do it!!! I’ve got an apple iPhone 13 (I followed the guide and it doesn’t exist on my phone)

I just accidentally bought a physical sim card because they said I needed a subscription pack before !?!? For 10£

so annoyed and frustrated lol.

I just want data for Italy…, is that so difficult?! Apparently to someone who not tech savvy yes..,.

I need a step by step guide that’s so so simple **bleep**. Please 🙏

@Victuresart : Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before going abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
