No longer receiving SMS abroad

Hello,

I need urgent assistance regarding receiving sms (I.e. bank, PayPal codes, government apps) abroad. I travel often to SE Asia and my EE card has always worked well. I pay the simple business monthly charge. Roaming option is on my iPhone, I haven’t changed any other options.
Please can you assist me?

Are you able to try manually connecting to a different available mobile operator, to see if the messages then come through?

Thank you for your reply. First it shows dtac and operator and after a few seconds it says no service. I’m not sure why.

Hello, I think this is getting ridiculous. No I can’t receive sms since I landed and today I received a notification from EE that to log into this forum I will receive a code on my mobile number. Hence I won’t be able to login to this forum either!. Please understand I can’t log into my visa to the UK app, as well as my bank apps if I can’t get this fixed. I also made sure I always receive sms when abroad since I travel for work. I really don’t know what to do! Please can you assist me?
