When Roaming, are data speeds limited?

O2 have some tariffs that include roaming in places like the USA and Australia, however it says speeds are limited to 2MBPS...!

Do EE have such a limit when roaming, if you have the All Rounder/Full Works plan?

It is not something that EE actively have a set speed cap on unlike O2's Travel Inclusive Zone, but it is highly dependent on the operation of the networks you join while you're away and as such you can't be guaranteed a specific level of speed.

But EE do not actively cap it.

I’ve had some of the best speeds ever whilst roaming with EE so not seen any examples of my speed being limited.
