Have 2 phones on one contract

do I need to pay £25 monthly roaming charge for each phone or does the one £25 cover both??

Welcome to the EE Community.

The Roaming Pass would need to be purchased per phone.

If you paid £25 for one line to have the Roaming Pass it will not cover the second.

Whatever billing add-on you choose for an individual phone, remember to enable the free roaming facility on each, by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK.

This is crucial to enabling access to foreign networks, and thus coverage abroad.
