    <description>&lt;P&gt;Paid for USA roam abroad pass £25 month.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I went into my local EE shop and they added it to start on 31/08/24&amp;nbsp; I arrived in California yesterday 31/08/24&amp;nbsp; and mobile phone has not connected to service provider T- Mobile As it should ???&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Is now 2 /09/24 and i STILL do NOT have data.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I've turned my mobile off and on.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; turned off WiFi and back on.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I did not receive a 'welcome to the United States of America' text.&amp;nbsp; ??&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I NEED DATA.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Please help is early evening here in California and early a.m. in England&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4515571"&gt;@JT51954&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;: As you are on contract, &lt;STRONG&gt;did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK by texting ROAMING to 150?&lt;/STRONG&gt; Having a roaming billing add-on doesn't of itself activate roaming on your a/c. Having roaming activated on your EE a/c, not just on your device, is crucial to using your contract SIM abroad.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Often just rebooting the phone is the simple remedy. Also try selecting a network manually rather than auto. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Otherwise you need to call CS to get your roaming activated. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
