Cancelling recurring data add-on: app not working

I'm trying to cancel a recurring data add-on before my data resets on 21 Aug, ie in 15 mins, but:

my iPhone EE app is not working for some reason
online on my computer there is no option available anywhere to cancel that add-on
texting STOP UNLIMITED ADD-ON to 150 doesn't seem to have done anything
and the phone lines are shut.

I'll call 150 in the morning but hope this add-on won't have re-ocurred once I pass midnight into 21 Aug...

I called 150 this morning and it seemed that my STOP UNLIMITED ADD-ON text had actually worked. Thanks!
