HELP!! How to buy roaming data abroad

I feel like I am going insane🙄😂 why is it so so difficult to buy a roaming data pack whilst abroad!?! I am on sim only PAYG. I have tried numerous times that I have lost count, buying roaming data from the EE app (useless) never loads….errors etc. Will not give me the option to purchase. From the text I receive whilst abroad, also the ROAMEU7D will not send (as I have no way of using any of my allowance unless I can add roaming). Any help appreciated guys🙏🤞

Where are you?

Did you receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming on PAYG? Did you buy 1 of the "Roam Like Home" add-ons to be able to use your UK pack allowances there?

Hi,

Yes received a text, however I get no response from replying to the text
(like there is an error), I’ve tried multiple times. I have tried to buy
from the app, everything is unsuccessful
