Hi,

I’m trying to phone EE support form the USA but can’t seem to get through. The call disconnects after around a minute while on the automated line.

Phone and sim fully working and I have the roaming pass with no other issues.

The live chat doesn’t appear to want to connect either. Am I doing something wrong?

@Matthew512 : Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

Apart from the suggestion of using Skype over any working internet connection, what number are you calling?
