Not receiving calls when in Greece

Hi, I need some help urgently. I am in Greece for over a month now and both my EE mobile numbers cannot receive calls at all. I had texted ROAMING and ABROAD to 150 about a month ago, someone managed to make a call in one of the numbers, resolved the issue for some days and now I have the same problem. Now I do not even receive the automated texts from EE when calling 150 or 00447953966150. Please advise and help.

Did you receive confirmation back, that roaming was enabled? Have you been able to connect to Greek networks since arriving there? Did you receive a welcome text message on first arrival?

If you have previously been able to use your phone in Greece, but have problems subsequently, try connecting to each available local network in-turn.
