Hi, I’m on monthly contract for my EE sim. I’m in South Africa and not getting SMS’s to me today. I can send fine and received a few last week but none since. Please advise so I can receive urgently needed OTP SMS’s.

Can you receive any text messages?

Have you tried manually connecting to alternative SA networks?

I got one text this morning from EE telling me I "don't have enough Spend Cap balance". My limit is £10 and all is unused.
Does that help?
I tried VodacomSA because I did find some network not forwarding SMS on previous visit to SA, but that hasn't fixed it this time, unless VodacomSA no longer forwarding?

Changing spend cap to £20, fixed it. EE advice on this could be better.
