Roaming Issues in Las Vegas

Garrylucas — Thu, 05 Nov 2026 14:05:47 GMT

I had exactly the same issue this summer with exactly the same outcomes even though the same phone with the same SIM and settings worked in the same location the month previously (Vegas)

Did you get any kind of resolution?

Hi @Garrylucas.

I'm sorry to hear you experienced this.

Did you contact our technical care team when you experienced issues abroad?

Could I ask if you try to manually select another network?

Katie

And I'm now back in the UK so it's a little late to try remedial actions

I'll be there again in a few weeks so we'll see how I get on unless anyone has any ideas now
