Turning on Roaming

Hi - I’m trying to turn on Roaming for an upcoming trip to Spain. I have texted ROAMING to 150, to no avail. I received a message back that says:

There has been a problem with your request, please call 150.

so I call 150 - no one answered my call. I even tried to change my Spend Cap - the screen goes blank whenever I try to do so. So this is my last resort. Please help.

Are you on contract or PAYG? Texting ROAMING while in UK is only valid on contract.

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling to activate your roaming using the text service.

If you've tried again today and are getting the same error message, I would suggest calling our team directly so they can get this in place before your travels.
