If you do have a connection over there, it sounds like it may be enabled.

What is happening when you try and make a call? Have you tried changing which roaming network you are connected to to test others?

We don't have access to your account via these forums to check your settings. You may be able to use the Message us feature in the help section of the EE app and the bot can check your roaming settings. But to have someone look into your account further than that it does require giving us a call on our call from abroad number.

Alex

Hello EE Support,

I am in Pakistan and using my EE SIM for the first time here. My phone shows my EE number and connects to Jazz 4G, but I cannot make or receive calls.

I can receive EE verification SMS, but I am having trouble verifying my number on WhatsApp.

Please confirm my correct mobile number and check whether international roaming and voice services are enabled on my account.

Thank you.
