I need my spend cap increased

I am abroad and need to change my spend cap limit from £0 to £50 so that I can still receive 2FA texts and make urgent calls on my mobile. I have downloaded the app and there’s no option to increase my spend cap. And I cannot call customer service as you are charged for calling them abroad and I have a spend cap. I would greatly appreciate some assistance as I am currently locked out of various accounts - including banking - as they all use 2FA.

Lack of spend cap does not prevent a phone from receiving text messages, whether in the UK or abroad.

Calling CS from within the EU is not charged. And the same for anywhere else, if you have a billing pass,
