PAYG Outgoing Roaming Barred in Pakistan

Hi EE Community Team, I am currently roaming in Pakistan with my PAYG SIM. I have topped up credit and incoming SMS/OTPs work perfectly, but outgoing calls and outgoing SMS are barred. Could a moderator please check my profile and unbar outgoing roaming so I can complete a paid activity?

Are you adding the international code to your numbers.

Also when did you last make a chargeable call or text.

thanks for the reply. Yes, I am definitely adding the proper international country codes (+92 and +44) whenever I try to call or send a text, but it still fails with a barred message. Regarding your second question, I actually just activated this SIM card a couple of days ago as a brand new SIM, and I topped it up the very next day. Because it's a brand new SIM and outgoing roaming has been blocked/barred since day one, I haven't been able to make any chargeable calls or texts yet. That is exactly why I am here—to get this roaming bar removed so I can finally complete my first paid activity and keep the SIM active. Please help unbar it.

Hi @T30

You need to activate PAYG Sims on the UK EE network in the UK. If you did not do this it will not work and there is no workaround for this requirement.

EE SIMS are primarily for the UK network.
