Hi I’m not able to receive calls to my mobile in turkey I have a roaming package which is live, is it a setting issue?

@Andy465 Can you make out going calls ok ? If you can have you tried restarting the device and or a manual network search to connect to a different network?

Hi @Andy465,

I hope you're having a great time in Turkey so far.

Could you try texting 'ROAMING' to 150 please? Just to check that you have the correct roaming option on your account.

If you have, usually a simple restart will get things sorted for you.

Could you try restarting your phone too please?

Thanks for letting me know @Andy465,

It does sound off that you're able to use your calls but not your texts.

Are you able to access your internet?

A good option to try would be to do a manual network selection.

Try selecting:

Settings → Mobile Network → Network Selection.
Turn Automatic off.
Try connecting to another Turkish network
