&lt;P&gt;I hope you're having a great time in Turkey so far.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you try texting 'ROAMING' to 150 please? Just to check that you have the correct roaming option on your account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have, usually a simple restart will get things sorted for you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you try restarting your phone too please?&lt;/P&gt;
