    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3373736"&gt;@MatildaGrace&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried manually selecting a different network, for example AT&amp;amp;T?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;When you select a network, please allow 5 minutes for it to connect fully before testing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, just checking when you're calling other numbers you're using the international format, for example for UK it's +44&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ali&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Roaming not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well I've tried phoning EE from the US about the problem. Having to use Skype of course because I can't make overseas calls. The auto response says that roaming is active but I still can't make outgoing calls to anywhere but&amp;nbsp; US Numbers. Rebooted phone, checked roaming, I'm being connected to T Mobile but dead as a doornail. Tried to talk to customer service via Skype but wait time 25 minutes. This really isn't good enough&lt;/P&gt;</description>
