Worldwide outage for mobile call services abroad!!

Spoke with Customer Service who confirmed it's down since yesterday and don't know when it will be resolved.

Appalling that their agent didn't even know it 24h after until she asked internally, and that it isn't reported anywhere!!

On the road and angry.

Unfortunately, how are they supposed to know and what do you expect them to do? It takes time to find the solution to resolve the problem, but thank you for reporting it, does seem strange though, that it is world wide.

At least we now know, as here in the forums here would not have known.

Single customer reports that a CS agent has told them there is a "worldwide outage" for roaming voice calls, and yet not a peep from the forum staff or from any other customer.

There may be something in it, but to take christ3l word as absolute gospel and start repeating this to other posters, is rather jumping to conclusions.
