topic Technical Issue in Roaming

I can see a few messages as there is an issue with EE in Europe - one of my team have managed to get through to EE (no mean feat!!) and is a technical issue their end - it is not of our making as customers.....apparently they are dealing with it.....I must say the "online chat" service is a waste of time, and the fact that EE cannot manage to put a message our to customers is at best inadequate.....EE need to explain their position as assuming they will resolve the technical issue their communication has been appalling.
