International calls from the UK are not included in standard packages.

@Puwan : Making a call to France from UK isn't roaming. It's making International calls.

International calls & texts to overseas nos. from UK can be rather expensive but EE has a add-on, for £2.50 pm for those on contract or free for some PAYG, that can be applied for to give these calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates. @Puwan To be clear is it a UK number ie a uk mobile in France that that you want to call ? If it is yes you can call it at no extra cost as it’s a UK number. If it’s an international call it’ll cost you.
