EE - zone 3 unable to buy!!!!

Not the first time this has happened. I work in the US regularly and buy a 7 day pass - fine, no dramas.

Sometimes I travel the the US for the day buy a 24h pass then fly out to a zone 3, in this case Belize. Now the issue, I buy a 24h pass zone one for the US, land in Belize, here for a week, doesn’t give me the option to buy a week Zone 3, fine. I buy the day for £8 but then 24h comes up. I try and buy a bolt on for another day but the link just permanently crashes. Gives you an error if you can get to the part to purchase.

Phoned ee before from abroad- for about an hour at my cost, couldn’t manually add a zone 3 pass. How is this a thing? Don’t care the cost to add the data but not possible?! Anyone got a workaround for this?

When you called our technical care team did they complete a diagnostic?

What was advised during the call?

Are you aware if your account has full roaming activated?

This sounds more like a billing issue than an "I can't use my phone in xyz country" issue
