Is there a way to contact EE through other means I’ve tried my partners phone but as he is pays as you go all it says is top up won’t go to customer service on the numbers we have. Even though he has a roaming package. I’ve tried messaging on Facebook but it just gives me the same numbers and no help. I don’t have the chat option on my app either.
