Welcome to the EE Community

Is this regarding a PAYG SIM or a pay monthly SIM? Are you in the UK currently? If PAYG what does texting AL to 150 report?

Does the phone show signal? Can you text and use data, just no calls or is nothing working?

It a pay monthly contract , I’ve travelled to turkey , got the EE message regarding roaming , paid for the £30 bundle and know I’ve got my data everything works apart from making and receiving calls, I even get the missed call alerts

Hi @Ajaz11

Please witch your phone off and back on.
Then can you try manually connecting to a different network?

Go to Settings > connections > mobile networks > Network operators > switch "automatic" to OFF. Wait for it to load with networks.

For iPhones it's open Settings, tap Mobile Service (or Mobile Data / Cellular), select Network Selection, and toggle off Automatic.

Once loaded, select a different network to the one you are connected to. wait around 5 minutes before trying to make a test call.

Although you have roaming set up, it sounds like you may still have an international call restriction in place.

You'll need to give our customer service team a call from a different line, where a guide will be able to check the account settings and ensure all restrictions are lifted.

Alternatively, you can log into the EE App and use the Live Chat option. Just click Help > Message Us
