    <description>&lt;P&gt;Currently in the USA with a 7 day roaming pass.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried everything to dial out but to no avail. I've got a dental issue and need to contact my insurance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android phone saying mobile network state disconnected. I switched flight mode on/off. Checked settings. Tried manual network. And other stuff but no joy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE called me back but it didn't ring?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone check the settings please at your end. Very frustrated especially paying £30.00 a week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fingers crossed. Would love the WhatsApp service to be introduced.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account. You need to raise this with CS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Often just rebooting the phone is the simple remedy. Also try selecting a network manually rather than auto.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you receive a Welcome text upon arrival?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As you are on contract, &lt;STRONG&gt;did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before leaving UK by texting ROAMING to 150?&lt;/STRONG&gt; Having a roaming billing add-on doesn't of itself activate roaming on your a/c. Having roaming activated on your EE a/c, not just on your device, is crucial to using your contract SIM abroad.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Otherwise if you are on contract you need to call CS to get your roaming activated. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. using a web-calling app over WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe in Spain you only had EU roaming activated. Now in USA you need worldwide roaming.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
