Try manually cycling through each available local network in turn. This does manually, what a flight-mode toggle or device restart, does automatically.

I have two phones on my account. Both were set up successfully for roaming pass for USA and Canada two weeks ago. Both phones connected automatically in Sydney Nova Scotia a few days ago. Today in Boston USA neither will connect. As we will be travelling between USA and Canada for next three weeks we need mobile phone call and text access. We have never had this problem before when here. How do we connect here in Boaston?
