So if you do have a full works plan it should be included. Have you tried performing a manual network search and connecting to a different network to see if your service works?

Alex

I work in Iraq for 8 months of the year, and I have 2 phones, one with a local sim and this one. Yesterday I turned this phone on and surprisingly iraq is now covered in my roaming pass and my phone works as normal. Today everything has stopped, now I can only receive texts from EE and nothing else. Can anyone give some advice on how to connect my phone again, rather not be paying 2 phone bills. Thanks

To benefit from EE's roaming plans you need to be not abroad for more than 2 months in any 4 month period.
