My phone (android) either shows up as having 4G and 4 bars of reception but then an exclamation mark next to the "R" for roaming, or can't connect to network.&nbsp;</P><P>I have tried manually connecting to another network, and using a different APN, turning on/off phone, on/off aeroplane mode, roaming data is enabled.
