Maybe worth asking CS on 150 for an itemised bill, but additional charges should show on your bill or in some cases the next bill.

Try texting BILL to 150.

That itemised bill will just be a copy of the most recent one, and probably chargeable. It won't be one covering unbilled charges incurred between bill date and current date - those will be shown on the next bill.

Out of curiosity, why won't your employer wait until 2nd April? I can understand wanting expenses to be submitted in a timely manner, but a month's bill cycle - which would surely apply to personal credit card payments also - would seem fair.
