Hello, I ordered an EE PAYG SIM card on 22 October 2026, but I still haven’t received it.

I’ve tried tracking my order online, but it keeps showing an error.

Could you please check whether my SIM card has been dispatched and when I can expect it to arrive?

I’ve also requested to transfer my existing number from Lebara to EE.

We want to get your new SIM to you as swiftly as possible, so I can understand your concern that this hasn't yet arrived. I'd recommend reaching out to our team, and they will be able to give you an update on what has happened with this.

Once the SIM arrives and you have activated it, then we will be able to start the process of moving your number.

@Syeonn SIMs are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Untracked. If your area is anything like mine, postal deliveries have been atrocious with some taking over a week.
