Unable to add payment card after bank approval

I’ve been trying to add my HSBC bank card to my account for a week now. I’ve also visited my local store for help, but they couldn’t.
every time I confirm the card with my bank, I return to a blank screen on the EE site. I notice this is happening to other people too.
