I topped my EE mobile with £9 - 3GB - 7 Days data, but in balance it still shows 0MB left.

I received a SMS from EE that ( Your £9 3GB data add-on for 7 days has been added. This will end at 23:59 on 29/10 )

I am still not able to use data from my phone - I need help on this please! @EEcustomer

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your pack. Are you able to use the calls and texts that are included, or is this a pack that only included data?
