topic Refund in Pay as you go

Hello, I would like to request a refund for my second EE top-up of £18, made on 11 September 2026.

I originally made a £20 payment on 10 September 2026. When I made the second payment of £18 the following day, I mistakenly believed that it would be saved and automatically applied to my plan for the following month.

However, I have now realised that this does not appear to be the case. My EE app currently shows no remaining credit, data or minutes.

I did not intend to purchase an additional package for the same month. I only wanted to pay in advance for the next month.

Would it be possible to refund the second payment of £18 to my original payment method? I would then purchase the appropriate package again when I need it next month.

I would really appreciate your understanding and assistance. Thank you very much.
