Ee Pay as you go top up.

I wanted to top up a EE number but instead it ordered another sim wich will be sent. I need to cancel that sim but no option from website.

Any help will be appreciated

You need to call CS & cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period.

If you have accidentally ordered a contract SIM here, like @XRaySpeX mentioned you'll need to give our team a call so we can cancel this within the first 14 days of your contract.

If you've just ordered a blank replacement SIM, the service shouldn't switch to this unless you ask us to, so you can either ignore this, or call our team as above to check and cancel the order.
