topic PAYG £5 plan: 150 texts get no reply and Answerphone "System Busy" error in Pay as you go

I am on a £5 Pay As You Go plan which successfully auto-renews every month. However, I have a severe account profile routing glitch on the network backend.

1. Any text message I send to 150 delivers but gets absolutely no reply back.

2. I can dial 222 to access my answerphone manually, but my phone will not forward missed calls there. When I try to set up call forwarding or use keypad override codes, I get a "System is busy" network error.

I do not have an alternative phone line to call customer service. Could an official EE Community Support guide please private message me to pull up my account and manually reset my network features, provision call forwarding, and fix my voicemail routing on the backend? Thank you.

Does texting AL to 150 get a reply back? What is that reply?

Reboot VM by texting VM OFF to 150, reboot the device & then text VM ON to 150. Is VM now working?

This public user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account. You need to raise this with CS.
