Stuck abroad in Grenada. Incorrectly charged for a pack after cancelling..

Hi, I am currently living in Grenada. I successfully texted STOP PACK to 150, and I received an official text confirmation today (30 Sept) confirming my plan is cancelled. However I noticed my original topup has already been drained down by a previous renewal despite stopping it. I have not used this packs allowances at all because I a outside the UK. Could an EE moderator look into my account history and refund the the taken charge back into my cash credit balance. Thank you.

When did you top-up? If it's before you texted STOP PACK today it will have auto bought your usual pack at that time. The STOP PACK only stops the pack renewing in future on its expiry.
