Hi, I previously purchased an Unlimited Data recurring add-on on 10/09/2026, but my account history now shows “Time ran out” and it did not continue. I have now had to buy the Unlimited recurring add-on again. Please check why the previous recurring add-on did not renew and whether I was charged incorrectly. If so, I would like a refund or credit.

Live chat is only for mobile contract customers, not for pay as you go.

Only customer service can look into it for you.

@Zahrarostami : Recurring data add-ons are not available on PAYG, only on contract. On PAYG they all have 1-off durations of 1, 7 or 30 days. You have to keep buying them if you need them for longer.
