Hi I bought a new PAYG sim 15/09 and there is supposed to be £10 credit as I paid £10 for sim

But balance (150 number and web and app) all say £0

Is there a time period before credit added???

I can't make text as no credit to activate sim!!

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Which basically means they haven't added credit?

I paid £10 for sim with debit card when I ordered sim

Apparently according to enquiry made via Google AI it takes 2 days for credit to go on allowing for 2 days delivery?

If that's the case is should be there tomorrow I hope
