I was given 191 as a phone number for pay as you go payment queries. I called the number and it says I had dialled an incorrect number. This number was given to me by an EE staff from their VESTA payment department. Does anyone know the correct number as I need to request a refund for money paid to an incorrect mobile pay as you go number.

Calling 150 is so long as it takes one through various options.

Try calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 2) in my sig.
