I set up to have my bill be taken straight out my bank instead of credit but it didn’t work when paying my bill this time. I can’t figure out how to get it to try again or cancel it. I’ve even added enough credit to my account to pay it but can’t figure out how to get it to pay from that

@Ellie_g The credit needs to be on your account before you receive the bill. Receiving the bill automatically starts the process to take the payment from your bank so it doesn’t take the credit from your account.

you’ve posted in the PAYG page so are you on PAYG with a re occurring top up that’s automatically paid each month as it’s a re occurring top up or is this a PAYM contract?

Direct Card Payments on PAYG are not taken straight out your bank (as a DD) per se but are charged to your debit card.

Text STOP PLAN to 150 & it'll stop buying the pack & stop the auto direct card payment. When you next buy your pack you'll have the option to pay for it by PAYG credit or start another direct card payment.
