Sim activation problem

I bought new sim payg for £13.5 that includes 500 minutes, unlimited texts and 75GB of data. To activate I need to make a call or send a text but I can’t do any of that that because the balance is 0.

i don’t want to top up because I already paid , what should I do ?

@plivj : Your £13.50 should have bought your Pack, from which you should be able to make calls or texts, leaving your balance at £0. When did you get it? It may take to next day to come into effect.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
