i topped up my phone with a £10 pay as you go pack as i usually do every month and i have topped it up this morning but it doesn't seem to have gone on right as for example i have 0 minutes, only 11.1gb of data which is my free boost and unlimited texts it seems like my usual pack hasn't gone on correctly as i usually get 500 minutes around 30+ go of data

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

i paid £10 for my usual top up which gives me 500 minutes unlimited texts and around 30+ gb of data with free boosts however i only have 11gb of data and no minutes and that 11gb of data is my free boost. so how do i go about getting my minutes and the rest of my data back
