Pack not sent

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help or has experienced the same issue.

I topped up £5 because I wanted to buy my £5 data pack, but after adding the credit, the data pack was never applied to my account. The £5 credit was added successfully, but I still haven't received the data pack. It said 'message not sent' when i tried to renew it.

Has anyone else had this happen? Is there anything I need to do, or should I contact customer support to get it sorted?

@Fishmuncher : Do you mean a data add-on or a PAYG pack?

Add-ons are not bought by just topping-up. You need to explicitly buy them. Text ADD DATA to 150 & choose the 1 you want.

Packs usually auto renew when you have sufficient credit. If it didn't, text PLAN05 to 150 to buy it.
