Do you see your old no. on the home page? That should be a drop-down. Just click on it & you'll be able to see your other no.

Hello,

I have an existing pay as you go account. Earlier today I purchased a new pay as you go SIM.

I have activated the number in a different handset and added credit and everything is working fine.

I logged into my account and went through the “link product” process and it said successfully linked but my new number and associated details are not displayed anywhere. I tried again and said number already linked.

Have I done something incorrectly? Is it possible to have two pay as you go numbers in the same account?

Thanks for any help

Hi, no it’s not there. Only my existing number. Should I call 150?
