I spoke to EE before my contract term ended and chose to go with pay as you go to keep my phone number without signing up to a new contract as I now live in Australia. I then bought a new phone out here but it wouldn’t let me transfer my eSIM, my EE app doesn’t show my payg details or anything it just states my account is now closed. I have topped up £10 to my phone number and it says it was successful but I have no access to the account whatsoever, what do I do? I’d like to avoid having to call EE as like I said I live in Australia and it would cost me a fortune.

You need to call CS to delete your old contract MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new PAYG MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.
